We don't just make slides — we engineer investor narratives. From story architecture and competitive positioning to financial slide preparation and rehearsal coaching, we handle the entire process so you walk into every meeting prepared and confident.

How It Works

Our Pitch Deck Process

Step 1

Story Workshop

We start with a deep-dive workshop to understand your business, vision, competitive advantages, financials, and target audience. We identify the core narrative and key messages that will drive your deck.

Step 2

Research & Data Collection

Our team conducts market research, competitive analysis, and financial modeling to build the data foundation of your deck. Every claim is backed by credible, verifiable data.

Step 3

Design & Build

We design and build the full pitch deck — slide by slide — with professional visuals, clear data presentation, and a compelling flow that keeps investors engaged from opening slide to close.

Step 4

Review & Refine

You review the draft deck and provide feedback. We refine the narrative, adjust visuals, and polish every detail until the deck meets your standards and investor expectations.

Step 5

Rehearsal & Delivery Prep

Optional rehearsal sessions where we coach you on delivery, timing, body language, and how to handle tough investor questions. You walk in prepared, confident, and in control.

Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

Most investor pitch decks are between 12–18 slides. The key is quality over quantity — every slide must earn its place. We also prepare an appendix with supporting data that can be referenced during Q&A sessions without cluttering the main presentation.

Yes. We work with you to build realistic, defensible financial projections including revenue forecasts, unit economics, burn rate, and funding allocation. However, these are estimates based on the data you provide — we don't fabricate numbers. We always recommend having a financial advisor review projections for investor-facing presentations.

We deliver in your preferred format — typically PowerPoint (.pptx), Google Slides, or Keynote. We also provide a PDF version for sharing via email or investor platforms. All source files are fully editable so you can make future updates.

Absolutely. Many clients come to us with an existing deck that needs a complete visual overhaul, narrative restructuring, or updated data. We'll assess your current deck, identify what's working and what isn't, and rebuild it to investor standards.

Yes. We offer optional rehearsal sessions that cover delivery techniques, timing, body language, audience engagement strategies, and preparation for tough investor questions. This is available as an add-on to the deck preparation service.

A standard pitch deck takes 7–14 business days from the Story Workshop to final delivery. Rush projects can be completed in 5–7 business days for an additional fee. The timeline depends on project complexity, the amount of research required, and how quickly you provide feedback on drafts.
