- Scope changes after research has begun may require timeline extensions and additional fees
- All research is conducted independently — Aimlake does not guarantee findings will align with client expectations or hypotheses
Deliverables & Format
- Standard deliverables include an executive summary, detailed research report, data visualizations, and source reference list
- Reports are delivered in PDF format with an optional presentation-ready version (PowerPoint/Google Slides)
- Raw data and source files can be provided upon request as part of the engagement
- One revision round is included to adjust formatting, emphasis, or additional context — not to change findings
Timeline
- Standard research projects take 10–20 business days depending on scope and complexity
- Expedited projects (7–10 business days) are available for an additional fee
- Timeline begins after the Discovery session and receipt of all required background information from the client
- Findings presentation is typically scheduled within 3 business days of report delivery
Confidentiality
- All client information, business data, strategies, and research findings are strictly confidential
- Aimlake will not share research conducted for one client with any other client, competitor, or third party
- Confidentiality obligations are permanent and survive the completion of the engagement
Intellectual Property
- Upon full payment, the client receives full ownership of the research report and all custom deliverables
- Aimlake retains ownership of proprietary research frameworks, analytical tools, and methodologies
- Aimlake may reference the engagement anonymously for portfolio purposes unless the client opts out in writing
Payment & Cancellation
- A 50% non-refundable deposit is required before research begins
- The remaining balance is due upon delivery of the final research report
- Cancellations after the Discovery session entitle Aimlake to compensation for all work completed to date
- No refunds are issued for completed research phases or the Discovery session
