- All AI and app development services are scope-defined and contract-based.
- Features, integrations, and automations outside the agreed scope require a formal change request and may
incur additional costs.
- Timelines are dependent on client approvals, content delivery, and third-party dependencies.
AI Use & Responsibility
- AI systems are designed to assist operations, automate workflows, and improve efficiency.
- AI outputs are probabilistic and not guaranteed to be error-free.
- Clients remain responsible for human oversight and business decisions made using AI-generated insights.
- Aimlake is not liable for outcomes resulting from exclusive reliance on AI outputs.
Data Ownership & Privacy
- Clients retain full ownership of their business data.
- Aimlake does not sell, reuse, or train shared models using client-specific data without written consent.
- Custom AI training, workflows, and datasets are isolated per client.
- Data handling follows best-practice security and confidentiality standards.
Third-Party Services
- Third-party services, APIs, AI models, usage fees, and licenses are billed separately unless explicitly
included.
- App Store and Play Store fees are the responsibility of the client.
Hosting, Support & SLAs
- Hosting, updates, security patches, and AI services require an active maintenance or subscription plan.
- SLA response times vary by plan and are defined in the service agreement.
- Upon plan termination, hosting and active services may be suspended after the defined notice period.
Payments, Suspension & Termination
- Development fees are non-refundable once work has commenced.
- Non-payment may result in service suspension, restricted access, or application downtime.
- Aimlake reserves the right to terminate services for breach of agreement or misuse of systems.
Intellectual Property
- Custom-developed systems remain licensed to the client upon full payment unless otherwise stated.
- Aimlake retains ownership of proprietary frameworks, architectures, and internal tools.
