Services Overview
How are your services structured?
Our services fall into three main categories: Marketing & Growth (Digital Marketing, SEO, Online Presence Management), Design & Build (Web Design, App Development, UI/UX, Photography & Videography), and Business Services (Executive Coaching, BDI, Pitch Decks, Business Model Research, Growth Analysis, Document Preparation, and Business Partnership).
Can I combine multiple services into one package?
Yes. We often bundle related services into unified packages. For example, a Web Design + SEO + Digital Marketing bundle ensures your website is built for conversion and immediately optimized for search visibility and paid campaigns.
Do you offer one-time projects or only ongoing retainers?
Both. Services like website builds, pitch deck preparation, and photography can be scoped as one-time projects. Others like SEO, digital marketing, and online presence management work best as ongoing retainers for sustained results.
What makes Aimlake different from other agencies?
We combine technical execution with strategic business thinking. Our team understands revenue models, competitive positioning, and growth systems — not just marketing tactics. We also offer a unique Business Partnership model where we invest our services in exchange for revenue share, aligning our incentives with your success.
Do you white-label your services for other agencies?
In select cases, yes. We can serve as a white-label execution partner for agencies that need support with web development, SEO implementation, or content production. Contact us to discuss scope and terms.
Digital Marketing
What digital marketing channels do you cover?
We cover Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube), Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, email marketing, content marketing, and retargeting campaigns. Channel selection depends on your audience, budget, and business model.
How do you measure digital marketing success?
We track KPIs including cost per lead (CPL), return on ad spend (ROAS), click-through rate (CTR), conversion rate, customer acquisition cost (CAC), and lifetime value (LTV). You receive regular reporting dashboards with actionable insights.
What is your minimum ad spend recommendation?
Minimum ad spend varies by platform and market. For Google Ads in competitive GTA markets, we typically recommend starting at $1,500-$3,000/month to gather meaningful data. For Meta Ads, $1,000-$2,000/month is a reasonable starting point. We will advise based on your specific goals.
Do you manage social media content as well?
Yes. As part of our Online Presence Management and Digital Marketing services, we can handle social media strategy, content creation, scheduling, community management, and paid amplification across all major platforms.
Can you run campaigns for e-commerce businesses?
Yes. We run Google Shopping campaigns, dynamic product ads on Meta, retargeting funnels, email automation for abandoned carts, and conversion-optimized landing pages tailored for e-commerce revenue growth.
Search Engine Optimization
Why is SEO important in 2026?
SEO in 2026 is about visibility across Google Search, Maps, AI-generated results, and multi-platform discovery. With AI Overviews and SGE changing how results appear, a structured SEO system is more important than ever for qualified traffic, brand trust, and long-term lead flow.
How long does SEO take to show results?
Early movement can appear in a few weeks. More stable and meaningful growth typically appears over 60 to 90 days with consistent technical, content, and local optimization. Highly competitive keywords may take 4-6 months to see significant ranking improvements.
Do you guarantee rankings?
No ethical provider can guarantee exact rankings. Google's algorithm uses hundreds of factors and changes constantly. We provide strategy, implementation, optimization, and reporting with clear KPIs, but results depend on market conditions, competition, budget, and execution consistency.
What does your SEO process include?
Our SEO process covers technical audits, on-page optimization, keyword research and mapping, content strategy, local SEO (Google Business Profile optimization, citations, reviews), link building, schema markup, Core Web Vitals optimization, and ongoing performance monitoring.
Do you handle local SEO and Google Business Profile?
Yes. Local SEO is a core strength. We optimize Google Business Profiles, build local citations, manage review generation, create location-specific content, and implement local schema markup to improve visibility in Maps and local pack results.
How do you approach SEO for AI search results?
We optimize for AI Overviews and SGE by structuring content with clear, direct answers, implementing comprehensive schema markup, building topical authority, and ensuring your content is cited as a trusted source in AI-generated summaries.
Web Design & Development
What platforms do you build on?
We build on WordPress, Shopify, custom HTML/CSS/JS, React, Next.js, and other modern frameworks depending on project requirements. Platform selection is based on your business needs, scalability requirements, and budget.
Can you redesign our existing website?
Yes. We handle full redesigns as well as incremental improvements. We audit your current site for UX issues, conversion bottlenecks, and SEO gaps, then redesign with improved structure, speed, and visual identity.
Are your websites mobile-responsive?
Every website we build is fully responsive and tested across devices and screen sizes. We follow a mobile-first approach ensuring optimal performance on phones, tablets, laptops, and desktops.
Do you build SEO-ready websites?
Yes. All our websites are built with SEO best practices from the start including clean URL structures, proper heading hierarchy, meta tags, schema markup, fast load times, mobile optimization, and crawlable architecture.
Do you provide website hosting and maintenance?
Yes. We offer managed hosting, regular updates, security monitoring, performance optimization, content updates, and technical support as part of our maintenance plans.
Can you add e-commerce functionality to an existing site?
Yes. We can integrate payment gateways, product catalogs, shopping carts, inventory management, and order processing systems into existing websites or build dedicated e-commerce platforms from scratch.
App Development
What types of apps do you build?
We build web applications, progressive web apps (PWAs), mobile apps (iOS and Android), SaaS platforms, internal business tools, dashboards, customer portals, and AI-powered applications tailored to your business workflow.
Can you integrate AI automation into apps?
Yes. We implement AI-assisted chat flows, lead routing, follow-up automation, intelligent dashboards, predictive analytics, natural language processing, and API-connected workflows based on your business goals.
Do you build custom CRM or business management tools?
Yes. We develop custom CRM systems, project management tools, booking systems, inventory trackers, and internal dashboards designed specifically for your operational needs rather than forcing you into generic software.
What technologies do you use for app development?
Our tech stack includes React, Next.js, Node.js, Python, cloud services (AWS, Google Cloud), database systems (PostgreSQL, MongoDB), and various AI/ML frameworks. We select the right tools based on your project requirements.
Do you provide ongoing support after app launch?
Yes. We offer post-launch support including bug fixes, feature updates, performance monitoring, server management, and iterative improvements based on user feedback and analytics data.
Online Presence Management
What does Online Presence Management include?
OPM covers your complete digital footprint: website management, social media profiles, Google Business Profile, directory listings, review management, brand monitoring, content publishing, and ensuring consistent brand representation across all online channels.
Why is online presence management important?
Your online presence is often the first impression potential customers have. Inconsistent information, outdated profiles, unanswered reviews, or inactive social accounts can damage trust and cost you business. OPM ensures every touchpoint works in your favor.
Do you manage review responses?
Yes. We monitor reviews across Google, Facebook, Yelp, and industry-specific platforms. We craft professional responses to both positive and negative reviews, helping build trust and showing potential customers that you care about feedback.
Can you set up and manage our Google Business Profile?
Yes. We handle full GBP setup, optimization, regular posting, photo updates, Q&A management, review responses, and performance tracking to maximize your visibility in local search results and Google Maps.
Photography & Videography
What types of photography and video do you offer?
We provide product photography, team headshots, office and workspace photography, event coverage, brand storytelling videos, social media content, promotional videos, testimonial videos, and aerial/drone footage for businesses across the GTA.
Do you handle post-production and editing?
Yes. All projects include professional editing, color correction, retouching, and final delivery in multiple formats optimized for web, social media, and print use. Video projects include editing, motion graphics, and sound design as needed.
Can visual content be used across marketing channels?
Absolutely. We plan shoots with multi-channel distribution in mind, delivering assets optimized for your website, social media, ads, email campaigns, and presentations — maximizing the value of every session.
Do you travel for on-location shoots?
Yes. We shoot on-location across the Greater Toronto Area and can travel further for larger projects. Studio shoots are also available. Travel fees may apply for locations outside the GTA.
UI & UX Design
What is included in your UI/UX design process?
Our process includes user research, competitor analysis, information architecture, wireframing, interactive prototyping, visual design, usability testing, and design system creation. We focus on designs that drive business outcomes, not just aesthetics.
Do you conduct user research and testing?
Yes. We conduct user interviews, surveys, heatmap analysis, session recordings, A/B testing, and usability studies to validate design decisions with real data rather than assumptions.
Can you redesign our existing app or platform?
Yes. We audit your current user experience, identify friction points and drop-off areas, and redesign interfaces for better usability, accessibility, and conversion performance while maintaining your brand identity.
What tools do you use for design?
We primarily use Figma for design and prototyping, along with tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Maze for usability testing, and Hotjar for user behavior analytics. Deliverables are provided in developer-ready formats.

Executive Coaching
Who is Executive Coaching for?
Executive Coaching is designed for founders, CEOs, business owners, and senior leaders who want to sharpen their strategic thinking, improve decision-making, build stronger teams, and accelerate business growth with structured accountability.
What topics does coaching cover?
Sessions cover leadership development, strategic planning, revenue growth strategies, operational efficiency, team building, delegation, sales systems, marketing strategy, financial literacy, and personal productivity — tailored to your specific challenges and goals.
How are coaching sessions conducted?
Sessions are conducted via video call or in-person in the GTA. We offer weekly or bi-weekly cadences depending on your needs. Each session includes preparation, structured discussion, and follow-up action items with accountability tracking.
Is coaching different from consulting?
Yes. Consulting delivers solutions and recommendations. Coaching develops your capability to find and execute solutions yourself. Our approach combines both — we provide strategic guidance while building your leadership capacity for long-term independence.
Business Partnership
What is the Business Partnership model?
The Business Partnership model is a revenue-share arrangement inspired by performance-based partnerships. Instead of paying upfront fees, you share a percentage of revenue with Aimlake. This aligns our success directly with yours — we only grow when you grow.
What are the two partnership tiers?
Full-Service partners share 10-20% of revenue and receive complete service execution from Aimlake at no upfront cost — we handle everything from strategy to implementation. Strategic Advisory partners share 5-10% and receive detailed plans, playbooks, and guidance to execute independently (DIY with expert support).
Who qualifies for a Business Partnership?
Businesses with existing revenue or strong growth potential, a clear product or service offering, willingness to commit to a partnership term, and openness to strategic collaboration. We evaluate each application to ensure mutual fit and growth potential.
What services are included in the Full-Service tier?
Full-Service includes website design and development, SEO, digital marketing, social media management, content creation, branding, analytics and reporting, and ongoing optimization — essentially the full Aimlake service stack delivered at no upfront cost.
How is revenue share calculated and tracked?
Revenue share is calculated on gross revenue and tracked through agreed-upon reporting systems. We establish transparent tracking from day one with regular reconciliation to ensure accuracy and trust on both sides.
How long is a partnership commitment?
Partnership terms typically range from 12 to 24 months to allow sufficient time for strategies to mature and deliver ROI. Specific terms, renewal options, and exit conditions are defined in the partnership agreement.
Can I switch from a traditional retainer to the partnership model?
Yes. Existing retainer clients can transition to the partnership model if both parties agree. We evaluate the fit based on your revenue trajectory, growth potential, and service requirements.
What if my business is pre-revenue?
Pre-revenue businesses may still qualify for the Strategic Advisory tier, especially if there is a clear path to monetization. We assess each case individually. For very early-stage ventures, our Executive Coaching or standard service packages may be a better fit initially.
Pricing & Plans
How is pricing structured?
Pricing is either monthly retainer-based, project-based, or revenue-share-based depending on service type. Setup, execution, and ongoing optimization are clearly separated so you know exactly what you are paying for at each stage.
Do you offer custom packages?
Yes. While we have standard packages for each service, we build custom scopes for businesses that need a tailored combination of services, specific deliverables, or unique engagement structures.
Are there setup fees?
Some services have one-time setup fees that cover initial audits, account configuration, strategy development, and infrastructure setup. These are clearly communicated before any work begins and are separate from ongoing monthly costs.
Do you require long-term contracts?
It depends on the service. SEO and digital marketing perform best with 3-6 month commitments due to the nature of compounding results. Web design projects are typically scoped as fixed engagements. The Business Partnership model has longer terms. We are flexible and transparent about commitment expectations.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank transfers, credit cards, e-transfers, and can set up automated billing. Payment schedules are agreed upon during onboarding and detailed in your service agreement.
Process & Timeline
What does your onboarding process look like?
Onboarding includes a kickoff call, access and account setup, initial audits and discovery, strategy development, timeline confirmation, and milestone planning. We aim to make the transition smooth whether you are starting fresh or switching from another provider.
How long do website or app projects usually take?
Timelines depend on scope. A standard business website can launch in 2-4 weeks. Custom web applications and complex e-commerce builds may take 6-12 weeks. We provide timeline ranges before kickoff and confirm milestones in writing.
How often do you report on progress?
Reporting frequency depends on your service and package. Most clients receive monthly performance reports. Active campaign management includes weekly check-ins. All reports include data, insights, and recommended next steps — not just numbers.
What tools do you use for project management?
We use industry-standard project management and communication tools to keep projects organized and transparent. Clients receive access to project boards, shared documents, and regular status updates throughout every engagement.
What if I need to make changes to the project scope?
Scope changes happen and we handle them transparently. Minor adjustments within reason are absorbed. Larger changes are scoped, quoted, and approved before implementation. We never surprise you with unexpected charges.
Support & Policy
What is included in monthly plans?
Depending on service and tier, monthly plans include execution, monitoring, optimization, reporting, and support. Exact deliverables are defined in your selected package and service agreement so expectations are clear from the start.
Do you handle third-party tools and platform setup?
Yes. We configure analytics tools, tag managers, ad platforms, CRM systems, email marketing platforms, and tracking systems. Third-party usage fees or license costs are billed separately unless explicitly included in your package.
Who owns our data and assets?
You retain full ownership of your business data, ad accounts, domain names, content, and creative assets. Aimlake retains ownership of internal frameworks, proprietary methodologies, and implementation systems unless otherwise agreed in writing.
How do cancellations and pauses work?
Monthly services can be paused or canceled with written notice per your agreement terms. Work already delivered or in progress is non-refundable. We recommend discussing any concerns before canceling — we may be able to adjust scope or approach to better meet your needs.
What happens to our accounts if we stop working together?
All your accounts, data, and access credentials are fully transferred to you. We do not hold any assets hostage. You will receive a transition document with all account details, login information, and recommendations for maintaining continuity.
Do you sign NDAs or confidentiality agreements?
Yes. We are happy to sign NDAs and confidentiality agreements before any engagement begins. Protecting your business information and proprietary data is a standard part of how we operate.
Local Markets
Which local markets do you focus on?
Primary focus includes Toronto, Mississauga, Brampton, Markham, Vaughan, and Richmond Hill, with growth opportunities in Burlington, Oakville, Milton, Whitby, Oshawa, Pickering, and expansion into Vancouver, Burnaby, Surrey, Calgary, Edmonton, and Montreal English-first campaigns.
Why is Toronto a key market?
Toronto has high competition and high-value deal sizes, especially in law, dental, clinics, startups, real estate, and franchise markets. Ranking for intent-driven terms in Toronto can produce significant revenue outcomes due to population density and purchasing power.
Why are Mississauga and Brampton important for growth?
Mississauga has strong B2B demand in logistics, warehousing, manufacturing, and professional services. Brampton has high SMB density and growing demand for websites, SEO, paid ads, and business automation — making both cities high-opportunity markets.
Do you serve businesses outside the GTA?
Yes. While our strongest presence is in the GTA, we serve clients across Ontario, other Canadian provinces, and internationally for digital services. Local SEO strategies are adapted to each market's specific competitive landscape.
Can you run campaigns targeting multiple cities?
Yes. We build multi-location strategies with city-specific landing pages, localized content, separate Google Business Profiles per location, geo-targeted ad campaigns, and market-specific keyword strategies for businesses operating across multiple cities.
